you don't have to gladly go on record saying the same thing over and over.
i've not heard anyone...any but you,and neil complaining of headaches from anyone's posts here or anywhere else.

it's not 'my' forum...i've just been most graciously allowed to moderate it for awhile.

as for forums,,,NEIL has a forum again now,,,and you both could post freely all the criticisms, slanders, and accusations over there if you wanted...couldn't you ?

NOBODY ELSE has emailed me, posted to me, or dictated to me that i must STOP this 'rascal' ratchford from slaughtering , deceiving, lying, or abusing anyone. I mean NOBODY has had the brass to PRESUME I need to know more than I already know about this matter.

You sir, and Neil; are BOTH walking a very fine line in posting and saying what you say. It's a tightrope act, wherein certain legal beagles may bring up words such as:
LIBEL,
SLANDER,
DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER,
and false accusation/s,,,un-proven accusations of fraud, deceipt, intent to defraud, RICO statutes,,and the like aren't the 'stuff' i personally would desire being charged with because my "strongly held" belief system won't allow me to let another individual 'freely' speak his opinion.

seriously, have you considered what legal ramifications could result from the 'short-list' above ? I know men in businesses nationwide,,who would already have slapped a lawsuit on you the first time you even made slight mention that they're remotely related to a 'crook or criminal'...and,,their pockets are deep enough to make an accuser PROVE in a court that there exists sufficient evidence of same...or pay a substantial damage settlement.

again, the VAST MAJORITY of communications i've received from posters and lurkers here have stated NO OBJECTIONS to an occasional "Cycle System UpDate" appearing on their screen while reading....
